Returns Policy

We take great care in ensuring that your BillBandit arrives with you safely and in good condition however we would like you to inspect your order when it arrives to verify the contents of the Package and that your order is complete.

Damaged or Faulty product

If the product is faulty or damaged in some way then please contact us within 3 days of your BillBandit delivery by email using support@billbandit.co.uk, quoting your Order and Invoice numbers.

We will provide a returns number for you. Send the BillBandit back to us complete as ordered making sure that everything is included along with a contact phone number and email address and write the Returns number on the outside of the package clearly.

Send the unit to our returns processing unit at : 11 Dellfield Court, 94 Hempstead Road, Watford, Herts. WD17 4JY, UK.

As soon as we receive the package we will process it and replace the product accordingly. We may need to contact you to discuss the return so please make sure you provide us with a phone number and / or an email address.

Incomplete Orders / Shortages

If upon checking your order you find that something is missing please contact us immediately using email on support@billbandit.co.uk Please state the Order Number on your email and a contact telephone number explaining what is missing from your delivery.

We will investigate the discrepency and respond to your query within 48 hours. We will send out the necessary shortages by post to your original delivery address on a next day recorded delivery service for the UK and a 4 day service for international shipments.
